### 1. Giriş

ProCon - Food Analyzer ("Uygulama"), yapay zeka destekli gıda içerik analizi hizmeti sunan bir mobil uygulamadır. Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Uygulamayı kullanırken kişisel verilerinizin nasıl toplandığını, kullanıldığını ve korunduğunu açıklar.

Uygulama, **Mehmet Akpulat** ("Geliştirici", "Biz") tarafından geliştirilmiş ve yayınlanmıştır.

### 2. Toplanan Veriler

#### 2.1 Hesap Bilgileri

- **E-posta adresi**: Hesap oluşturma ve giriş yapma için toplanır.
- **Kullanıcı Kimliği (UID)**: Firebase Authentication tarafından otomatik oluşturulur.
- **Anonim Kimlik**: Misafir olarak giriş yapıldığında oluşturulur.

#### 2.2 Profil Bilgileri (İsteğe Bağlı)

Diyet planı oluşturmak için kullanıcının isteğe bağlı olarak girdiği bilgiler:

- Boy, kilo, yaş
- Cinsiyet
- Aktivite seviyesi
- Beslenme hedefi (kilo verme, koruma, alma)

Bu bilgiler yalnızca kişiselleştirilmiş diyet önerileri sunmak için kullanılır.

#### 2.3 Sorgu Verileri

- Analiz edilen gıda içerikleri ve sonuçları
- Öğün analizi sonuçları
- Diyet planı geçmişi
- Sorgu logları (tarih, tür, kullanılan AI motoru)

#### 2.4 Fotoğraflar

- Ürün etiketi veya yemek fotoğrafları AI analizi için geçici olarak işlenir.
- Fotoğraflar sunucularımızda kalıcı olarak **saklanmaz**.
- Fotoğraflar yalnızca analiz amacıyla AI servislerine gönderilir.

#### 2.5 Cihaz ve Kullanım Verileri

- Cihaz türü ve işletim sistemi
- Uygulama kullanım istatistikleri
- Reklam etkileşim verileri (Google AdMob tarafından)

#### 2.6 Satın Alma Verileri

- Premium abonelik durumu
- Satın alma tarihi ve süresi
- Ödeme bilgileri doğrudan Google Play / Apple tarafından işlenir, Geliştirici tarafından **görülmez ve saklanmaz**.

### 3. Verilerin Kullanım Amacı

Toplanan veriler aşağıdaki amaçlarla kullanılır:

### 5. Veri Saklama ve Güvenlik

- Veriler **Google Firebase (Firestore)** altyapısında saklanır.
- Firebase, Google Cloud altyapısını kullanır ve endüstri standardı güvenlik önlemleri uygular.
- Veriler aktarım sırasında **TLS/SSL** ile şifrelenir.
- Fotoğraflar analiz sonrası sunucularda **saklanmaz**.
- Hesap silindiğinde ilgili tüm kullanıcı verileri silinir.

### 6. Kullanıcı Hakları

KVKK (6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu) ve GDPR kapsamında aşağıdaki haklara sahipsiniz:

- **Erişim hakkı**: Hangi verilerinizin toplandığını öğrenme
- **Düzeltme hakkı**: Yanlış verilerin düzeltilmesini talep etme
- **Silme hakkı**: Verilerinizin silinmesini talep etme
- **Taşınabilirlik hakkı**: Verilerinizin bir kopyasını alma
- **İtiraz hakkı**: Veri işlemeye itiraz etme

#### Hesap ve Veri Silme

- Uygulamada **Profil → Hesabı Sil** seçeneği ile hesabınızı ve tüm verilerinizi kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz.
- Alternatif olarak, aşağıdaki iletişim adresinden talepte bulunabilirsiniz.

### 7. Çocukların Gizliliği

Bu Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. Bilerek 13 yaşından küçük kullanıcılardan kişisel veri toplamıyoruz. Eğer 13 yaşından küçük bir çocuğun veri sağladığını fark ederseniz, lütfen bizimle iletişime geçin; ilgili verileri derhal sileriz.

### 8. Reklam

Uygulama, **Google AdMob** aracılığıyla reklam göstermektedir. AdMob, kişiselleştirilmiş reklam sunmak için cihaz tanımlayıcıları ve kullanım verilerini kullanabilir. Premium aboneler reklamsız deneyim yaşar.

Reklam tercihlerinizi cihaz ayarlarından yönetebilirsiniz:

- **iOS**: Ayarlar → Gizlilik → Apple Reklamcılığı

### 9. Politika Değişiklikleri

Bu Gizlilik Politikası zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Değişiklikler bu sayfada yayınlanacak ve "Son güncelleme" tarihi güncellenecektir. Önemli değişikliklerde uygulama içi bildirim yapılacaktır.

### 1. Introduction

ProCon - Food Analyzer ("App") is a mobile application that provides AI-powered food ingredient analysis services. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected, used, and protected when you use the App.

The App is developed and published by **Mehmet Akpulat** ("Developer", "We").

### 2. Data We Collect

#### 2.1 Account Information

- **Email address**: Collected for account creation and sign-in.
- **User ID (UID)**: Automatically generated by Firebase Authentication.
- **Anonymous ID**: Generated when signing in as a guest.

#### 2.2 Profile Information (Optional)

Information optionally provided by the user for diet plan generation:

- Height, weight, age
- Gender
- Activity level
- Nutrition goal (lose weight, maintain, gain)

This information is used solely to provide personalized diet recommendations.

#### 2.3 Query Data

- Analyzed food ingredients and results
- Meal analysis results
- Diet plan history
- Query logs (date, type, AI engine used)

#### 2.4 Photos

- Product label or food photos are temporarily processed for AI analysis.
- Photos are **not permanently stored** on our servers.
- Photos are sent to AI services only for analysis purposes.

#### 2.5 Device and Usage Data

- Device type and operating system
- App usage statistics
- Ad interaction data (collected by Google AdMob)

#### 2.6 Purchase Data

- Premium subscription status
- Purchase date and duration
- Payment information is processed directly by Google Play / Apple and is **never seen or stored** by the Developer.

### 3. How We Use Data

### 5. Data Storage and Security

- Data is stored on **Google Firebase (Firestore)** infrastructure.
- Firebase uses Google Cloud infrastructure and applies industry-standard security measures.
- Data is encrypted during transmission using **TLS/SSL**.
- Photos are **not stored** on servers after analysis.
- All user data is deleted when the account is deleted.

### 6. User Rights

Under GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have the following rights:

- **Right of access**: Know what data is collected about you
- **Right to rectification**: Request correction of inaccurate data
- **Right to erasure**: Request deletion of your data
- **Right to portability**: Obtain a copy of your data
- **Right to object**: Object to data processing

#### Account and Data Deletion

- You can permanently delete your account and all data via **Profile → Delete Account** in the App.
- Alternatively, you can submit a request through the contact information below.

### 7. Children's Privacy

This App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us, and we will promptly delete the data.

### 8. Advertising

The App displays ads through **Google AdMob**. AdMob may use device identifiers and usage data to serve personalized ads. Premium subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience.

You can manage your ad preferences through your device settings:

- **Android**: Settings → Google → Ads
- **iOS**: Settings → Privacy → Apple Advertising

### 9. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will be revised. Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notifications.
