ProCon - Food Analyzer ("Uygulama") uygulamasını indirerek, yükleyerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Şartlarını kabul etmiş olursunuz. Bu şartları kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayınız.
2. Hizmet Tanımı
ProCon aşağıdaki hizmetleri sunar:
- Yapay zeka destekli gıda içerik analizi (fotoğraf, metin, barkod)
- Öğün analizi ve besin değeri hesaplama
- Kişiselleştirilmiş diyet planı oluşturma
- Su tüketimi ve kilo takibi
- İlaç hatırlatma sistemi
- Gıda keşif veritabanı
3. Kullanım Koşulları
- Uygulamayı yasal amaçlarla kullanmayı kabul edersiniz.
- 13 yaşından büyük olmanız gerekmektedir.
- Hesap bilgilerinizin güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz.
- Uygulamayı kötüye kullanma, tersine mühendislik yapma veya API'ye yetkisiz erişim yasaktır.
- Uygulamayı kullanarak diğer kullanıcıları rahatsız etme, spam gönderme veya zararlı içerik paylaşma yasaktır.
4. AI Analiz Sonuçları
- AI sonuçları %100 doğruluk garantisi taşımaz.
- Alerji, diyet kısıtlamaları veya sağlık durumlarınız için bir doktora danışmanız önerilir.
- Geliştirici, AI analiz sonuçlarının kullanımından doğabilecek zararlardan sorumlu değildir.
5. Abonelikler ve Ödemeler
5.1 Ücretsiz Plan
- Günde 10 analiz hakkı
- Groq AI motoru
- Reklamlı deneyim
- Reklam izleyerek ek yıldız kazanma
5.2 Premium Abonelik
- Günde 100 analiz hakkı
- 4 AI motoru (Groq, Gemini, OpenAI, Claude)
- Reklamsız deneyim
- Bölgesel Google Play fiyatlandırması uygulanır
5.3 Ödeme ve İade
- Ödemeler Google Play veya Apple üzerinden işlenir.
- Abonelikler otomatik yenilenir; iptal için mağaza ayarlarınızı kullanın.
- İade politikası ilgili platformun kurallarına tabidir.
6. Fikri Mülkiyet
- ProCon uygulaması, tasarımı, logosu ve içeriği Mehmet Akpulat'a aittir.
- Uygulamanın kopyalanması, dağıtılması veya tersine mühendisliği yasaktır.
- Kullanıcı tarafından girilen veriler kullanıcıya aittir.
7. Hizmetin Sürekliliği
- Geliştirici, uygulamayı her zaman erişilebilir tutmak için çaba gösterir ancak kesintisiz hizmet garantisi vermez.
- AI sağlayıcılarının hizmet kesintileri uygulamayı etkileyebilir.
- Geliştirici, uygulamanın özelliklerini veya fiyatlandırmasını önceden bildirimde bulunarak değiştirme hakkını saklı tutar.
8. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır. Geliştirici, uygulamanın kullanımından doğabilecek doğrudan, dolaylı, özel veya arızi zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz. AI analiz sonuçları tıbbi, beslenme veya sağlık tavsiyesi olarak değerlendirilmemelidir.
9. Hesap Feshi
- Kullanıcılar hesaplarını silmek için mstepne@gmail.com adresine hesap silme talebi gönderebilir. Talep en geç 72 saat içinde işleme alınır.
- Geliştirici, kullanım şartlarını ihlal eden hesapları askıya alma veya silme hakkını saklı tutar.
10. Değişiklikler
Bu Kullanım Şartları zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişikliklerde uygulama içi bildirim yapılacaktır. Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncellenen şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
11. Uygulanacak Hukuk
Bu Kullanım Şartları Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Her türlü anlaşmazlıkta Türkiye mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using ProCon - Food Analyzer ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. Service Description
ProCon provides the following services:
- AI-powered food ingredient analysis (photo, text, barcode)
- Meal analysis and nutritional value calculation
- Personalized diet plan generation
- Water intake and weight tracking
- Medication reminder system
- Food discovery database
3. Terms of Use
- You agree to use the App for lawful purposes only.
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
- Misuse of the App, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access to the API is prohibited.
- Harassing other users, spamming, or sharing harmful content through the App is prohibited.
4. AI Analysis Results
- AI results do not carry a 100% accuracy guarantee.
- For allergies, dietary restrictions, or health conditions, consult your doctor.
- The Developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of AI analysis results.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
5.1 Free Plan
- 10 analyses per day
- Groq AI engine
- Ad-supported experience
- Earn extra stars by watching ads
5.2 Premium Subscription
- 100 analyses per day
- 4 AI engines (Groq, Gemini, OpenAI, Claude)
- Ad-free experience
- Regional Google Play pricing applies
5.3 Payment and Refunds
- Payments are processed through Google Play or Apple.
- Subscriptions auto-renew; use your store settings to cancel.
- Refund policy is subject to the respective platform's rules.
6. Intellectual Property
- The ProCon app, its design, logo, and content are owned by Mehmet Akpulat.
- Copying, distributing, or reverse engineering the App is prohibited.
- User-generated data belongs to the user.
7. Service Continuity
- The Developer strives to keep the App accessible but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Service interruptions from AI providers may affect the App.
- The Developer reserves the right to modify app features or pricing with prior notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is." The Developer shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, special, or incidental damages arising from the use of the App. AI analysis results should not be considered as medical, nutritional, or health advice.
9. Account Termination
- Users can request account deletion by emailing mstepne@gmail.com. Requests will be processed within 72 hours.
- The Developer reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms of Use.
10. Changes
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notifications. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Turkish courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
